The Hunter Club
Looking to sponsor a race at one of our feature Race Days like Spring Carnival or The Hunter? The Hunter Club offers you the exclusive opportunity to elevate your business through Newcastle’s exclusive sponsorship and business network community. With just 25 partnership slots available each year for only $9,000 + GST, you’ll unlock over $15,000 in sponsorship value and get the chance to win up to triple that value at our feature race draw during “a night of nights” held during our Annual Sponsors Gala Dinner. Race Naming Sponsorships
Newcastle Racecourse offers exclusive race sponsorship packages at a variety of race meetings throughout the year for mid-week. Limited weekend races are available on our popular Charity Race Days through Autumn and Winter Race Carnivals. Sponsoring a race is a unique way to get in the Winners Circle during some of the most exciting moments in racing, with advertising on our Big Screen and in the Race Book, plus brand recognition to a wide audience both on-course and beyond.
Full Race Day Naming Sponsorships
Make the day yours. Full Race Day Sponsorship packages give you exclusive naming rights to the entire race day, plus the opportunity to name each individual race after your key clients, partners, or corporate brands. It’s the ultimate brand showcase offering high-impact exposure, premium recognition, and an unforgettable day of corporate hospitality in one of our private function spaces like the Chairman’s Suite, Pavilion Room, or Trackside Marquee.
Charity Fundraiser Race Days
Newcastle Racecourse proudly partners with over 20 local charities to create memorable race day events that raise both awareness and vital funds. In 2024 alone, we helped facilitate over $700,000 in race day fundraising, with generous sponsors like the Australian Hotels Association, raising more than 90,000 through their corporate race day sponsorship function.
Our Charity Race Days provide a powerful platform for fundraising, community engagement, and meaningful brand alignment. We’re proud to support long-standing relationships with organisations such as Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service, Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation, Cystic Fibrosis NSW, Hunter Melanoma Foundation, and the Mark Hughes Foundation.

Community Support Program
The Newcastle Racecourse Community Support Program offers grants up to $2,000 every financial quarter to help Greater Newcastle charities, sporting, and community groups fund local projects. This initiative provides structured support and is one of several programs, including a dedicated Charity Race Day, aimed at reinvesting in the local community.
