Race 1- Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation 2YO Handicap 1600m

Blaze A Trail looked good winning first up at Hawkesbury when heavily backed. He was placed at Randwick in the Golden Gift on debut in November and he contested two Group races before a spell. He has trialled since his first up win.

Ficheur was very impressive winning on debut on this track two weeks ago and Sole Heir led all the way for an easy Hawkesbury win last week.

Race 2 – TAB – Long May We Play Maiden Plate 1400m

Timon Stinger was runner up at Wyong and Newcastle before finishing down the track on a wet surface at Wyong last start. Look for a big improvement on Saturday as he comes back to a good 4 track and his best two runs are on a similar surface. He is a speedy horse and has drawn soft.

Pitchfork is an on pacer placed in his past three starts at Wyong, Randwick and Kembla.

Royal Marine disappointed first up but is much better than that.

Race 3 – Sharp Electronics Group Class 2 Handicap 1300m

Royal Banquet is a promising three-year-old trained on the track. He had his first start for his new trainer at Scone recently and he bolted in. He has only had three starts for his two wins and a placing. This is a steep rise in class but he has drawn well and he won’t be far off the pace.

Favra races well on this track and he was a last start winner at Goulburn.

Reiby’s Regent is in great form and was only beaten a head on this track last start.

Race 4 – Australian Bloodstock Conditional Benchmark 70 Handicap 1400m

Strawb is richly talented and she has won three of her five starts. She bolted in on this track two weeks back and this is a lovely race for her. She can miss the start but she jumped much better last time.

Call Me Mo is fitter after two runs this prep and he will be running on.

Rhythmic Pulse is a stablemate of Strawb had no luck on this track last start.

Race 5 – New Zealand Bloodstock Maiden Plate 900m

Amungee has won two trials in easy fashion and she has drawn nicely in her first race start. She has genuine speed and in her last trial she shared the lead and ran away to win easily. On May 13 the filly was never off the bit in a three length win. She has drawn well.

Minifinn resumes after two placings in her first prep and she trialled nicely a couple of weeks back.

Princess Sunlight has a place chance

Race 6 – Reward Hospitality 3Yo and Up Maiden Handicap 1200m

Kinship is yet to be placed in three starts but he wasn’t far away in two metropolitan starts last prep.

Timon Stinger has drawn wide but has good speed and should cross. He was runner up on this track two starts back.

Montana Thunder has been paced In four of six and has a chance.

Race 7 – Red Funnel Benchmark 64 Handicap 1880m

Controlthewitness has his hoof on the till and this is a nice race for him. He has been placed at Gosford and Newcastle In recent months. He races on speed and can stay.

Momack is chasing a hattrick following recent wins at Nowra and Bathurst.

Somnus is a staying bred three year old which has been runner up in his past two start.

Race 8- Yarraman Park Class 1 Handicap 1500m

Rules Don’t Apply finished well to win second up at Wyong recently and she will appreciate the bigger track.

Vienna Rain failed at Rosehill on Saturday but she was placed at Canterbury and Kembla prior to that run.

Most Welcome is racing well and has a chance.
