Race 1- Sharp Office Maiden Plate 1200m

Orbital Express is talented but she has a bad habit of walking out of the barrier. On debut at Scone on April 20 she was second last in a field of fourteen at the top of the straight before storming home to be beaten 1 ½ lengths. On May 8 in her only other start Orbital Express was again slow away when beaten two lengths on this track. If her barrier manners have improved, she will win.

Sally Jean will improve on her debut run and Flying Grace has been racing well.

Selections:    5- Orbital Express   7- Sally Jean            2- Flying Grace

Race 2- Hunter Valley Premium Meats CG&E Maiden Plate 1200m

Race 3- Australian Bloodstock 2YO Maiden Plate 900m

Satin Ribbons is a fast filly which won a number of barrier trials by big margins before his debut at Kembla on May 15. She led easily at Kembla before being run down late over 1000 metres. The 900 metres is ideal and she can atone.

Scarzel has trialled nicely and also has genuine speed while Hallowed Son was only beaten a lengthy on debut at Scone.

Selections:    6- Satin Ribbons      3- Scarzel      2- Hallowed Son

Race 4- New Zealand Bloodstock Class 1 Handicap 1400m

Selections: 1- Supremo     6- Leave Me Be      4- Pyraminx

Selections:    2- Contradeel         1- Deep Encounter            5- Kiterro

Race 6- Sage Painting Class 1 Handicap 1200m

Selections:    4- Savvy Legend    2- Jaja Chaboogie            8- Mercury

Race 8- Fujitsu General benchmark 68 Handicap 1300m

Hit The Target has a big weight but he is clearly the class runner. He led all the way to win the Parkes Cup last start and he races well at Newcastle. He has barrier one and the claim for Tyler Schiller.

Nothing Too Hard will be running on strongly and Roman Wolf won well on this track last start.
