True Marvel is in good form and he has won over this trip on this track. He has been placed in his past three starts at Gosford (2) and the Kensington track. The in-form Alysha Collett rides.

Race 2 – John Wade F&M Benchmark 64 Handicap 1300m

Confessed will appreciate the firmer track has the rails barrier and last year’s Newcastle Premiership winning jockey Christian Reith. She won a Class 1 after overcoming interference on this track three starts back. Last start she was placed at Newcastle.

Orbital Express is a slow starter but very talented. The long straight is ideal. Born to Play is speedy and has a chance

Alegron raced in Black Type races last preparation. Last start he was beaten 2.7 lengths in the Listed Fernhill Handicap at Randwick on April 17. Reece Jones claims 2 kilograms.

Movement is ready after two Provincial placings this time in.

Testimonial has outstanding credentials for a Provincial Maiden. She was beaten 1.7 lengths in the Listed Lonhro and 1.2 lengths in the Group 2 Riesling. She has won two recent trials.

Polylithic is quick and will give them something to chase.

Loving Angel has a place chance

Race 5 – Sharyn Scorse Memorial Open 900m

Miss Kono wasn’t comfortable on the track at Tamworth last start. She has very good form at Newcastle where she has had two starts for a win and a second. The mare can lead or take a sit.

Rifles is a fast horse and he loves this track.

Mr Polar is another with a good Newcastle record

Race 6 – Laurie Billett F&M Maiden Handicap 1200m

Williams Bay had no luck when fourth second up on the Kensington track. She had two runs earlier this year for placings at Scone and Gosford. She will appreciate the long straight.

Beep Test was unlucky on debut at Gosford and she is another suited to the long straight.

Pie Party is on debut after a nice quiet trial.

Race 7 – OAS Technology CG&E Maiden 1200m

Military Expert has outstanding credentials. He was narrowly beaten on debut on the Kensington track on July 2 in a strong race. His only other start at Rosehill he was a close fourth. He is an on-pacer and is knocking on the door.

Dashing Statement led all the way to win a recent trial and Sarandos will probably lead.

Son of Sampson’s seven starts this prep have resulted in one win and six placings. He has drawn well and Reece Jones claims 2 kilograms.

Socrates is a stayer but can sprint well fresh.
