Race 1 – Coastline Pools & Spas Provincial 2&3yo Maiden Handicap 900m

Party Doll is very quick, and she bolted in with a recent Rosehill trial unextended. She has won her past three trials and she wasn’t far away in her only start at Canterbury before Christmas.

Firemark won a recent trial and She’s A Bad Girl has been placed in five of seven starts.

Race 2 – Hellbent @ Yarraman Park Maiden Plate 1300m

The Englishman clearly has the best form with two metropolitan seconds and two fourths. His last start on February 10 at Canterbury he was beaten a head, and he has since had a trial.

She’s Jessie is knocking on the door and flew home last start.

Lipscani has been placed in his only two starts at Kembla and Canterbury.

Race 3 – Sage Painting Maiden Plate 1600m

Tot Of Rum has been placed in four of six and wasn’t far away when placed at Mudgee last start. She is a speedy filly and is well placed under the set weight conditions.

The stablemate Bridget Wenlock can improve in this field while Nyika resumes, and he was placed at Canterbury last preparation.

Race 4 – Hunter Valley Premium Meats Benchmark 64 Handicap 1850m

Allhallowtide stepped up to 1600m at Kembla last start and was too strong late. He will appreciate the longer trip and he was runner up on this track two starts back. Tom Marquand makes his first trip to Newcastle to ride him.

Youthfull has good form on this track and draws well while State Of America is racing okay.

Race 5 – Jennings Print Benchmark 64 Handicap 900m

Bayezid is lightly raced, and his only win was on this track and distance in August. He is trialling well for his first up run and the gun apprentice Zac Lloyd will ride him.

Markwell Dreamer has been runner up in his past five starts, three of them on this track.

Troika has won two of his past four and has a chance.

Race 6 – Avid Project Management Maiden Plate 1200m

Surf On Turf was narrowly beaten at Warwick Farm in September. He won a recent trial at Randwick and was narrowly beaten at Randwick in his last trial.

Furious is on debut and was close up in his only trial while Incivility has good form.

Race 7- Sharp Office Midway Benchmark 64 Handicap 1200m

Border Control is a back marker, but he will appreciate the long straight. He has won on this track and was close up when third at Rosehill last month.

La Pittrice won well at Warwick Farm last start while Harlem Groove has a place chance.

Race 8 – The Prince Of Merewether Benchmark 64 Handicap 1400m

Union Army resumes after a good first up preparation. He was placed in his first two starts on this track before an easy win at Kembla. He has had two recent trials.

Stablemate Barmera and Toesonthenose are the dangers.
