Race 1- THE HUNTER – NOVEMBER 12 CLASS 1 & MAIDEN PLATE 2350M

Imported stayer Iowa was first past the post the at Goulburn last start but was relegated to second on protest. He will be fitter this time in his third Australian start, and he raced over longer trips in Europe.

Summit Special loomed up to win at Port Macquarie last start but raced erratically in the closing stages.

Ra Ra Grandpa is a promising stayer.

Race 2BOXING DAY RACES – ON SALE TUESDAY PROVINCIAL BENCHAMRK 64 HANDICAP 900M

Citrouille mixes her form however three of her four wins have been on this track, and three have been over this trip. She draws well and her last run on this track on September 17 was an eye catcher.

Miss Kojiki is in good form winning three of her past four starts.

Esteemed Lady had no luck last start.

Race 3TLE CARRINGTON MIDWAY MAIDEN PLATE 900M

Wondereach is on debut and if his recent trial is any indication, he is pretty quick. He led all the way in a Warwick Farm trial last week winning by 4.5 lengths. He has drawn nicely, and his trainer trained three winners on this track on Tuesday.

Queen Yuna looked good winning a recent trial and she has speed.

I Love Ruby is another first starter who has trialled okay.

Race 4APS INDUSTRIAL MAIDEN HANDICAP 1200M

Treasurer is first up after being gelded and he has drawn perfectly. He came from last to win a recent trial hard held. A wet track won’t be a problem.

Kazou bolted in with a recent trial and she has speed to burn.

Tragara was placed first up, and she will be on speed.

Race 5NHP ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING MAIDEN HANDICAP 1200M

Operative pulled up lame in his only start in June. The colt won a trial by a big space at Rosehill in May. He has the rails barrier, and he won his trial on a heavy track.

Secaution was unlucky when beaten a length after being held up on debut at Warwick Farm recently.

Chain Of Gold was narrowly beaten first up at Hawkesbury recently.

Race 6CABAC 3YO MAIDEN HANDICAP 1300M

Okataina resumes after two recent trials. He was narrowly beaten on debut at Warwick Farm in December and he finished fourth on this track in March before a spell. He has led in two of his three starts.

Just An Upstart was never on the track on debut at Goulburn while Take The Kitty has a place chance.

Race 7KLEIN TOOLS 3YO MAIDEN HANDICAP 1300M

Gaylebeck has been runner up in her only two starts on this track. She has drawn soft, can take up a position and the longer trip will suit.

Super Chilled has good form on the Kensington track and she will be hard to hold out.

Quinlan has a place chance.

Race 8TLE NEWCASTLE JUNGLE JUICE CUP CONDITIONAL HANDICAP 1350M

Cross The Rubicon has won two from three on this track and three from six on soft tracks. She needs to be ridden back in a race with tempo, but she has an electrifying finish.

Ang Pow is smart and has speed – and won his only start here.

Verbek is knocking on the door.

Race 9JEFF WESTCOTT 20 YRS TLE SERVICE CLASS 1 HANDICAP 1200m

Viennoiserie is lightly raced but talented. She had a nine-month spell and has had two runs this preparation. She made good ground last start on this track and is ready to win.

Excelladus is first up after a lovely trial.

Shohei has been placed in all three starts and she won well at Canterbury first up.

Race 10AFLTELECOMMUNICATIONS BENCHMARK 64 HANDICAP 1600m

Token Capitalist is very fast and was run down on the line last start on this track. He bolted in first up at Hawkesbury and he loves a wet track.

Prize Draw races well here and is strong late and Angel Of Light has a chance.
