Race 1: Horsepower Class 1 & Maiden Plate 2300m

Import Aquileon has his chance to win his first race for the Lees stable. Since arriving from Victoria he was narrowly beaten first up at Armidale and last start he was placed over 1890m on this track on February 1. The gelding will appreciate the longer trip.

Monfelicity is in good form with a win and two placings from her last three starts.

Kingdom Of Gold will run the distance.

Race 2: Avid PM Class 1 Handicap 900m

Zalini ran home strongly when she won on this track on February 12. She has led in three of her four starts and from the rails barrier she may take a sit.

Barney Rabble is very quick and his recent form includes a win on this track and three placings.

Greenheart has placed in three of four starts on this track.

Race 3: Kloster Motor Group 2YO Maiden Plate 1300m

Standing Order is on debut after he bolted in with a recent trial. He has genuine speed and draws well and if he runs Bowman will ride. The Snowden’s have booked the jockey for both of their runners which indicated only one of them will run.

Williamsburg was runner up at Warwick Farm on debut and Snowden’s other runner To His Credit was fourth at Warwick Farm on debut.

Race 4:  Coastline Pools & Spas Metro & Prov 4YO & Up Maiden Handicap 1200m

Latin Lyric has been placed in seven of her seventeen starts but she has raced well in better fields. Her last run at Wyong on February 15 she gave the winner a huge start and just failed to get there. The big track is in her favour.

Beholder is knocking on the door after two recent placings and Sabino had sound form in the winter.

Race 5: Lees Racing Maiden Plate 1400m

Ruinart has put the writing on the wall with placings at Canterbury and Newcastle this preparation. She can be slowly away but is talented and she should be at her top after two recent runs. The filly will appreciate the long straight.

Hollywood North went okay first up and Dalchini has been placed in three of four starts.

Race 6: The Prince Of Merewether 3YO Maiden Handicap 1200m

First starter Endorsement will be hard to beat after an impressive trial win recently. She has had three trials leading into the race and Bowman who trialled her has the mount.

Ticket To Anywhere won a recent trial impressively and he has been placed in two of three starts.

Race 7: Polytrack Provincial – Midway Championships Qualifier 1400m

 

Rustic Steel’s last run was superb. He carried 60kg when a solid finishing third behind Maotai and Silent Impact in fast time at Randwick on February 5. He carries 2 ½kg less, has a nice barrier and Bowman rides. Rustic Steel has won 4 from 8.

Oakfield Arrow has good Midway form and has a soft draw.

Astero has sound credentials for this race.

Race 8: Sage Painting Benchmark 64 Handicap 1300m

Sing A Love Song broke through for an easy win at Wyong last start. Prior to that win he wasn’t far away in the Magic Millions Maiden and he placed in a Kensington Maiden.

Cool Lad is in career best form and draws the rails while Black Bolt is trialling well.
