Race 1 – Bella Group Services Class 1 & Maiden Plate 2300m

Snizzi and Tiva Bay are both in good form and the long trip should not be a problem. Snizzi was narrowly beaten over this trip last start when he came from a long way back. Tiva Bay has been runner up in four of his last five starts.

Rapid Impact has a place chance.

Race 2 – Bidfood Newcastle Maiden Handicap 900m

Party Doll is very quick, and she was nailed on the line in her only start here on April 12. She will be fitter second up and should lead again.

Stylish Pedrille is resuming after a nice trial and has speed.

Dolly Bird has been placed three from five, and draws perfectly.

Race 3 – Konami Provincial Benchmark 68 Handicap 1850m

Lyrical Lady is a promising stayer having a good preparation with a win and two seconds from three starts. The grey mare raced away to win easily over 2000m at Hawkesbury last start.

Dreamdeel is in good form with a win and three placings this prep, and she should lead.

Just Like Lisa has never raced better.

Race 4 – Vital Security Group Midway Maiden Handicap 1400m

Vardon is knocking on the door after two recent country placings.  Both runs have been huge after coming from near last at Scone and Taree.

Decimus was only 1 ¼ lengths from the winner at Warwick Farm last start after leading. Tamar is capable of filling a place.

Race 5 – Ausure Hospitality – Vale Dean Holland F&M benchmark 64 Handicap 1200m

Dame Cartland ran on well at Eagle Farm last start from a terrible barrier. Two runs back she won at Hawkesbury, and she has drawn well. The filly gets back but is strong late and will appreciate the long straight.

Princess Amira won well first up at Wyong and Our Lady Stardust has a chance.

Race 6 – Start At Bottlemart CG&E Maiden Plate 1200m

Northumbria has had no luck recently and he has the perfect barrier. First up at Hawkesbury on April 14 he was first past the post but lost on protest. Since then, he was a late scratching at the barrier on this track.

His Honour won a Canberra trial in November and should run well.

Let’s Go Bro can fill a place.

Race 7 – Pitcher Partners Newcastle & Hunter F&M Maiden Plate 1200m

Written In Code is on debut after an impressive trial win at Warwick Farm. She was slow away in the trial before making a fast run at the 600m into third place. The filly ran on strongly.

Nicci’s Gem is a first starter and she hit the line in her last trial.

Georgia Peach trialled okay.

Race 8 – Tooheys New CG&E Benchmark 64 Handicap 1200m

Union Army had no luck first up her recently. He was held up in the straight and when clear he found the line.
