Race 1 The Advertiser Class 3 Handicap 900m

Royal Eclipse is a fast filly with an excellent record. She has had seven starts for three wins and four placings. She has won her last two at Scone and Newcastle and she has the claim.

Perfect style was run down late at Newcastle last start and is also quick.

Hiemal has won two short course races at Queanbeyan recently.

Race 2 Hungerford Hill Wines Class 1 Handicap 1350m

 

Cool World has good provincial form and he has barrier one. He finished over the top of them to win a Newcastle 900 three starts back and he finished fourth there on Saturday.

Luff has a big chance if he runs the 1350. Robert Thompson rides and the winkers go on.

Sazavee is first up and she had good provincial form last prep.

Onemoreforluck put the writing on the wall with a good second at Newcastle last start. She has been placed in her past three starts and she has a soft draw.

Lady Highly showed speed on debut at Wyong and she will be fitter.

Divine Dream has a place chance.

Race 4 New Zealand Bloodstock CG&E Maiden Plate 1150m

Tapiconic appears a class above these after a close third at Canterbury last start. He hasn’t raced for five months but likes to be fresh and has a soft barrier. Christian Reith only has one ride and he is well weighted.

Former Kiwi Jin Chi Phantom was beaten a length last up in Australia at Kembla and Medellin can ran a place.

Race 5 Vincent Street Kitchen & Bar Benchmark 58 Handicap 1350m

Two Ducks Artie led all the way for an easy Muswellbrook win last start. He has to carry a huge weight, but he is a winner on the track and he will be hard to run down around Cessnock.

Brixton Town is well-weighted with the claim and he has a soft draw.

Varsity won at big odds last start.

Race 6 Hunter Valley Premium Meats F&M Maiden Plate 1150m

Honey Elysees is knocking on the door and she is on her home track with Robert Thompson aboard. She has been placed in three of her last four starts and was placed in her only start in Cessnock.
Diddly Dee is trialling well and Constanzia was placed at Port Macquarie last start.

Race 7 East Cessnock Bowling Club Cessnock Cup 2125m

Zaunkonig led all the way to win the Bathurst Cup two starts back. He finished down the track last start in the much stronger Port Macquarie Cup. He will be hard to run down around Cessnock.

Nothing too Hard is in good form and has a light weight and has won over this trip.

Art Attack finished better than midfield in the Port Macquarie Cup and he is a solid stayer.

Race 8 Cessnock Leagues Club Jungle Juice Cup 1350m

Three Sheets is the class runner and he has returned to racing in good form. He has hit the line hard in recent placings at Port Macquarie and Newcastle. He was runner up in this race three years back.

Sausalito has won two of his last three and the rails barrier is a plus.

I Wanna Be a Jeep went okay first up recently.
