Race 1- Australian Bloodstock Benchmark 88 Handicap 1850m

Falcon Island won the Coonamble Cup carrying 61 kilograms two starts back. He ran on well when beaten a length at Rosehill last start over 1800m and he is well placed here.

Rapido Chaparro disappointed last start but he led all the way to win the Port Macquarie Cup two starts back.

Sir Pippin’s four wins have been on firm tracks and he was won two from three second up.

Selections:

7- Falcon Island

1- Rapido Chaparro

5- Sir Pippin

Race 2- Sage Painting Max Lees Classic 900m

All eight runners are on debut with five last start trial winners and the other three were runners up in their last trial.

Panna Cotta is a fast filly that led throughout in a recent Warwick Farm trial. She has a soft draw and should find the rail from the outset.

Redoute’s Image bolted in with a recent Beaumont trial and she could have won easier.

Tilia Rose is another smart one from the trials.

Selections:

5- Panna Cotta

6- Redoute’s Image

7- Tilia Rose

Race 3- TAB Highway Handicap 1300m

Powertrain raced away in the straight to win first up at Muswellbrook on November 3. He will relish the longer trip but he has to overcome a horror barrier. Has G. Boss, a huge positive.

Smart Moove has a good country record and he bolted in at Dubbo last start.

Trophies Galore’s first up win at Muswellbrook was a ripper as she was slow out, settled third last and four wide and ran over them.

Selections:

15- Powertrain

12- Smart Moove

10- Trophies Galore

Race 4- Sharp Electronics Group F&M Benchmark 78 Handicap 1400m

Vitesse has raced well in all three starts this prep. She was beaten a head first up on the Kensington track before a strong Warwick Farm win. The mare was narrowly beaten in a metropolitan meeting at Gosford last start. She has drawn wide but is a front runner and McDonald rides.

Miss Redoble drops in class after a close fifth in a Listed Race at Hawksbury last start. She has won 6 of 19 and she will test these.

Lucciola Belle is at her top third up and she just missed on this track last start.

Selections:

8- Vitesse

4- Miss Redoble

10- Lucciola Belle

Race 5- New Zealand Bloodstock NJC 3YO Spring Stakes 1600m

Convinced is at double figure odds but he is a promising colt and the 1600m on the big track is ideal. He has won two of five with three placings and his first up placings over 1200m here on October 5 was an eye catcher. He went to Hawksbury last start and came from last to win a 1400m Class 1.

Indy Car was impressive in a Newcastle Maiden win on debut last month before he had no luck when fourth behind Rule The World at Rosehill two weeks back.

Rule The World is an on pacer unbeaten in three starts and he is well placed under the set weight conditions.

Selections:

4- Convinced

6- Indy Car

1- Rule The World

Race 6- The $1M Pages Event Hire Hunter 1300m

Graff finally gets to a suitable trip this prep. He has found Redzel and Pierata too sharp over the short courses albeit he was only a length away in both Group events.

He hasn’t raced for six weeks but he comes off a slick trial win, and he has drawn okay.

Brave Song was only 1.8 lengths from Pierata in the Redzel after coming from way back. He has drawn wide, but he is a backmarker anyway and he will love the long straight.

Le Romain is the class horse and he returned to form with a length third behind Pierata in the Redzel at Rosehill.

Selections:

3- Graff

4- Brave Song

1- Le Romain

Race 7- Prime 7 Benchmark 88 Handicap 1300m

Miss Fabulass is ready to win, and this is a lovely race for her.

The barrier is a negative however she normally drops out in her races. She had nowhere to go in the closing stages when beaten 2.9 lengths second up at Randwick recently. The long straight gives her plenty of time to wind up.

Bobbing has been kept fresh since his fast finishing third in the Kosciusko and he will be strong late.

Outrageous bolted in last start at Rosehill and is well weighted.

Selections:

4- Miss Fabulass

2- Bobbing

7- Outrageous

Race 8- Hunter Valley Premium Meats T-Bone Steaks Benchmark 78 Handicap 1500m

Juventus appeals here from barrier one and James McDonald. He had a freshen up before a fast finishing fourth behind Outrageous at Rosehill on November 2. He is a winner on the track and races well second up.

Mushaireb hasn’t raced since a close second at Rosehill on September 28. He had good form last prep and he likes to be fresh.

Tunero went well first up when third behind Romani Girl at Randwick and he has a soft draw.

Selections:

7- Juventus

3- Mushaireb

9- Tunero

Race 9- Hunter Civilab 3YO & 4YO Benchmark 72 Handicap 1200m

Leviathan has been heavily backed on the back of an impressive trial win at Rosehill. He has only raced twice for an easy win on the Kensington track in June followed by a head second behind Funstar at Randwick.

Coterie got way back when narrowly beaten at Randwick second up.

Testifier had no luck first up.

Selections:

9- Leviathan

4- Coterie

1- Testifier
