
Race 1 – Phil Duggan Tribute Maiden Handicap 900m
Yvette, a blueblood mare trained by Ciaron Maher resumes after a long spell, but she is very smart. The four-year-old has only had two starts for two Canterbury placings and she has had two recent quiet barrier trials. On debut at Canterbury in December 2023 Yvette was very unlucky when cut out twice int eh straight when beaten .69 of a length. She has drawn perfectly on Saturday.
Gamp also resumes and she is pretty quick, run down and narrowly beaten on debut at Hawkesbury in December.
Andhe’s brave has a place chance.

Race 2 – Cambridge Classic Benchmark 64 Handicap 900m
Flame of Heister is a speedy daughter of a dual Group 1 winning mare and she can overcome a wide draw. The 3-year-old has won two from four and she won a Class 1 on this track on a wet track in April.
Cassiel led all the way to win easily at Canterbury first up on April 21 and Pearls Treasure is a roughie with a place chance.

Race 3 – Ivers Sheet Metal Super Maiden Plate 1300m
Louisburg has been runner up in both starts this preparation and Aaron Bullock rides him for the first time. He was beaten a nose second up at Gosford on a heavy track on May 29. He has winkers for the first time and has drawn perfectly. The 3-year-old has been placed three form five and is an on-pace galloper.
The favorite Sound Banker is resuming, and she has been narrowly beaten in two Warwick Farm maiden last winter.
Aura was placed at the Beaumont track in her only start in February.

Race 4 – Air Control Australia Midway 3YO Maiden Handicap 1400m
Righteous Legend has ben placed in his only two starts at Newcastle and both were on wet tracks. He races on the speed and from the rails barrier he will go forward for senior jockey Jeff Penza. He hasn’t been far away in all three starts this prep.
Tawfig Tom has ben placed in three of four starts this prep and Dollars is capable of a bold showing first up.

Race 5 – Chill-Rite Class 1 Handicap 1400m
Carnegie Hill was impressive in an easy last start winner at Hawkesbury on May 15. He is a consistent galloper but has to overcome a very wide barrier but does normally race in a forward position. He has won on a soft track.
Homeric came from well back to win at Kembla on a heavy track last start and Tango Queen is knocking on the door.

Race 6- Bright & Duggan Provincial Benchmark 68 Handicap 1250m
African Daisy is the best performed in this race when at her best she raced poorly in two starts last prep however, she was most impressive in a recent trial win on the Beaumont track. The mare has a good first up record and likes wet tracks.
Presides is enjoying a good preparation and won his only start on this track and Powerful Peg can improve.

Race 7 – Daikin Australia Class 1 Handicap 1200m
Queens Rhapsody has a win and four seconds from five start and has the rails barrier. She won impressively for new trainer Nathan Doyle at Hawkesbury recently and the filly races well on soft tracks.
Coco Dreaming is fitter after two recent starts and California Secret won well last start.
