NJC is calling for applicants from suitably experienced and qualified professionals to oversee all aspects of the Hospitality Operations.

With over 40 annual race meetings and various non-race day events, you’ll oversee bars, catering, and event operations, ensuring excellence in service and safety. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you’ll drive operational plans, budgets, and KPIs while fostering growth through innovation and top-tier customer service. Ideal candidates will possess dynamic leadership skills, relevant experience in sports clubs or hospitality sectors, and essential qualifications, including an RSA certificate.
