Newcastle Racecourse is excited to announce that they will be
holding Fashions on the Field on Master Builders Association Race Day
Featuring the Polytrack Provincial Championships Qualifer!

*Social distancing and bio-security measures will be in place.*

Fashions on the Field is the perfect opportunity to celebrate and showcase racing fashion
for both women and men. Newcastle Racecourse welcomes you to participate
in a long-standing tradition but with a COVIDsafe twist.

For social distancing purposes, Fashions on the Field will be hosted online.

Entrants will be required to enter the racecourse and have their photo taken holding a number.
The photo will then be posted to the Newcastle Racecourse Facebook page for public voting.

• There will be a Fashions on the Field booth at the main entrance.
  • This will be where you fill out your details and get a picture taken in front of a
    media wall with a number by our photographer.
• Your photo will then be uploaded to the Newcastle Racecourse Facebook page – this
  is where our social media followers will become the judges!*
• Voting will start half an hour after entries close.
• Voting will conclude at the start of race 6.
• The Winner will be contacted and will return to the Newcastle Racecourse media wall
• The Prize will be presented to the Winner and photos taken at the media wall.
